There is no Sunday 4:30pm - 6pm training this weekend due to half-term week. The 6 - 7:30pm session remains on in order to give our competitive members an opportunity to train with the upcoming regional competitions.

There is no Sunday Trampoline training this Sunday due to a Tae Kwan Do event taking place at the Sports Centre.
Thursday 26th July is the final Thursday training before we take a break for the Summer. Thursday training starts back up again on August 30th.
