Sylvia Comber won the ‘Brian Barton’ award for Service to Sport for the effort and commitment she has shown for over 20 years in providing the opportunity for people to take part in Trampolining.

Dan Johnson won Disability Sportsman of the Year, following a successful season, which saw Dan finish in 2nd at the British Championships back in July.

Clare Wakely won Volunteer of the Year for the second straight year. As well as coaching, Clare does a huge amount amount of work as Club Secretary.

Alton Trampoline Club also managed to achieve Runner-Up in the Team of the Year category for it’s continued development and successes of the past year, which was a fitting appreciation for the work carried out by its volunteers, and the continued evolution of the Club.

One of our coaches, Francesca Hamilton, also came Runner-Up in the Junior Sportswoman category. While competing for Alpha Trampoline Club now, Cessie had spent many years training with Alton, and 2013 saw her win the Under 17 National C category.

A large thank you must go out to Brian Scowcroft at Alton and District Sports Council for organising the evening. The full results can be found here.
